Epidemiology of strabismus is a scholarly work, published in 1997 in ''Ophthalmic and Physiological Optics''. The main subjects of the publication include medicine, isoptic, Strabismus, myopia, epidemiology, orthoptics, ophthalmology, cataract surgery, convergence insufficiency, binocular vision, Graves' ophthalmopathy, strabismus, optometry, heterophoria, and population. In a survey of around 60,000 optometric eye examinations, each with orthoptic assessment, 5% of patients were found to have a binocular vision anomaly.
