Elatine hydropiper
Elatine hydropiper, known as the eight-stamened waterwort, is a species of flowering plant belonging to the family Elatinaceae.
Its native range is Europe to Russian Far East.
It was first described by Swedish botanist Carl Linnaeus in 1753.
