Effect of Zr on microstructure and mechanical properties of binary TiAl alloys is a scholarly work, published in 2018 in ''Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China''. The main subjects of the publication include materials science, Ductility, titanium-based alloy, intermetallic, composite material, metallurgy, brittleness, zirconium, volume fraction, microstructure, compressive strength, solubility, Equiaxed crystals, and phase. The results showed that Zr had no obvious effect on microstructure morphology of Ti43Al, while that of Ti47Al was modified from dendrites into equiaxed grains.
