Edmundo Chirinos
Edmundo Chirinos was a Venezuelan psychiatrist, academic, politician and criminal, presidential candidate in 1988 and rector of the Central University of Venezuela. In the last years of his life he was sentenced for the murder of the social communication student Roxana Vargas, who was his patient.
