Edmonton Southwest


Edmonton Southwest was a federal electoral [district (Canada)|electoral district] in Alberta, Canada, that was represented in the House of [Commons of Canada] from 1988 to 2003.

History

This riding was created in 1987 from Edmonton South and Edmonton West ridings. It was abolished in 2003 when it was redistributed into Edmonton—Leduc, Edmonton—Spruce Grove and Edmonton Centre ridings.

Geography

It was located in the city of Edmonton in the provinces and [territories of Canada|province] of Alberta.
