Discussion on the Protection System on Trade Secrets in China
Discussion on the Protection System on Trade Secrets in China is a scholarly work, published in 2018 in ''Frontiers in Management Research''. The main subjects of the publication include law, listing, liability, business, tort, People's Republic of China, trade secret, international trade, law and economics, and legislation. The paper introduces the general situation of trade secrets, through the analysis of the present situation of the international trade secret legislation and the related laws of China's trade secret protection on listing in table 2, analysis of tort and tort liability to get the strategy of the enterprise to better manage the business secret in the current state of the law.This paper will discuss the prevalent right of trade secret, the right of privacy, the public right to know, and give suggestions on three rights to the separate legislation of trade secret in China.
