Devonnsha Jerome Maxwell is an American football defensive tackle for the DC Defenders of the United Football League. He played college football for the Chattanooga Mocs and was signed by the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent in 2023.

On May 12, 2023, the Cincinnati Bengals signed Maxwell to a three-year, $2.72 million contract as an undrafted free agent. On August 1, 2023, Maxwell was carted off the field after he injured his right knee. He was placed on injured reserve on August 7.Maxwell was released by the Bengals on August 19, 2024.
