Dejan Perić
Dejan Perić is a Serbian former handball player and current coach.
He was inducted into the EHF Hall of Fame in 2024.
Club career
Over the course of his career that spanned almost three decades, Perić played for Crvena zvezda, Pelister, Atlético Madrid, Teucro, Celje, Barcelona Handbol|Barcelona] and MKB Veszprém. He won two consecutive EHF [Champions League] titles in the EHF Champions League|2003–04] and 2004–05 seasons.International career
At international level, Perić represented Serbia and Montenegro men's national [handball team|Serbia and Montenegro] in eight major tournaments, winning two bronze medals. He also participated in the 2000 Summer Olympics – Men's tournament|2000 Summer Olympics].Coaching career
While still a player, Perić served as an assistant to Sead Hasanefendić with the Serbia men's national handball team from 2009 to 2010. He independently led the team between 2014 and 2016, taking part in the 2016 European Championship.Honours
