Defining, evaluating, and achieving accessible library resources is a scholarly work, published in 2018 in ''Reference Services Review''. While the literature reflects an increasing level of critical engagement with concepts around disability and diversity, it also demonstrates methodological weaknesses in assessment projects that do not lead to meaningful accessibility.
