Day-case laparoscopic hernia repair is a scholarly work, published in 1996 in ''British Journal of Surgery''. The main subjects of the publication include bleed, medicine, surgery, laparoscopy, abdominal compartment syndrome, seroma, hernia repair, complication, bowel obstruction, and hernia. More than 10 per cent of patients were found to have a previously undiagnosed hernia on the opposite side.
