Dare Ehigie


Dare Eriel Ehigie is a Nigerian anthropologist and lecturer focused on worldview issues, Postcolonial Studies, and Linguistics.

Academic background

Ehigie completed a Bachelor of Arts in French Education at the University of Benin, Nigeria in Benin City, Nigeria. He holds a Master of Arts in French Literature with Distinction from the University of Benin, Nigeria and in African and Francophone Postcolonial Studies from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. His thesis focused on the role of Africa in the works of J. M. G. Le Clézio. Currently, he is pursuing a doctoral degree in French Language and Literature with a minor in Linguistics at the University at Buffalo, USA, and one in Christian Psychology at Dynamic Theological Seminary, Nigeria.
