Damien Covington


Damien Emere Covington was an American professional football linebacker in the National Football League. He was a third round selection in the 1995 NFL draft by the Buffalo Bills out of North Carolina State University. He played for the Bills for three seasons. He was killed in an attempted robbery while at a friend's apartment.
Raised in Berlin Township, New Jersey, Covington attended Edgewood Regional High School for his first three years and then transferred to Overbrook High School in Pine Hill, New Jersey.
