Sections 1 to 4 of the act were repealed by section 1 of, and the schedule to, the Statute Law Revision Act 1867Sections 6 and 8 of the act were repealed by section 1 of, and the first schedule to, the Statute Law Revision Act 1948.
In the Republic of Ireland the act was repealed by sections and of, and of schedule 2 to, the Statute Law Revision Act 2007.
