Conveyor Belts for Societal Transformation

Conveyor Belts for Societal Transformation is a scholarly work, published in 2018 in ''Global Journal of Archaeology & Anthropology''. The main subjects of the publication include belt conveyor, political science, transformation, conveyor system, and computer science. Following Wilber and DiPerna (2016), I will use the terms "development" and "transformation" interchangeably (with both of them intimately connected to evolution in general). In both cases, the terms refer to the authors' innate human capacity to both grow (and heal) through predicable, sequential patterns of mental, emotional, and spiritual unfolding.2According to Kegan, a Deliberately Developmental Organization is one that takes a specific approach to growth that gives primary importance to the development of each employee of the organization.
