Contrast perception across changes in luminance and spatial frequency

Contrast perception across changes in luminance and spatial frequency is a scholarly work by Eli Peli, published in 1996 in ''Journal of the Optical Society of America''. The main subjects of the publication include contrast, optics, luminance, spatial frequency, perception, color psychology, color constancy, and visual perception. Contrast constancy was demonstrated across the entire luminance range tested for all but the two highest frequencies.
