Constitutional Charter of Serbia and Montenegro

The Constitutional Charter of Serbia and Montenegro came into force on 4 February 2003, creating a confederacy between [Republic of Republic of Serbia (1990–2006)|Serbia (1990–2006)|Serbia] and [Republic of Republic of Montenegro (1992–2006)|Montenegro (1992–2006)|Montenegro] under one government, the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro amending the earlier Federal Constitution.
As a result, the name Yugoslavia was consigned to history after 74 years.
