Come and Get Yourself Some
Come and Get Yourself Some is the sixth studio album by American musician Leon Haywood. It was released in 1975 through 20th Century Records, making it his third album for the label. Production was handled by Haywood himself. The album peaked at number 140 on the Billboard 200 and number 21 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums in the United States.
It spawned four singles: "Believe Half of What You See ", "Come an' Get Yourself Some", "I Want'a Do Something Freaky to You" and "Just Your Fool". Its lead single reached 94 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 21 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. The second single, "Come an' Get Yourself Some", made it to No. 83 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 19 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. The third single, "I Want'a Do Something Freaky to You", went on to be the most successful one, peaking at No. 15 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 7 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. The fourth and final single off of the album, "Just Your Fool", reached No. 26 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs.
