Cloxestradiol acetate, also known as 17-estradiol O,''O-diacetate, is a synthetic steroidal estrogen derived from estradiol. It is the O'',O-diacetate ester of cloxestradiol, which, in contrast to cloxestradiol acetate, was never marketed.
