Clocinnamox
Clocinnamox is a selective and irreversible antagonist of the μ-opioid receptor. Closely related compounds include methocinnamox and methoclocinnamox. They were derived via structural modification of buprenorphine. Clocinnamox was first described in the scientific literature by 1992.
