Climate Litigation
Climate Litigation is a scholarly work, published in 2011 in ''Alternative Law Journal''. The main subjects of the publication include climate change litigation, rights of nature, law and economics, law, business, geoengineering, and political science. There is increasing global recognition that climate change is in part a human-induced phenomenon; authors have also seen an increase in climate litigation emerge as a means to redress the human induced aspects of climate change.
