Charlie Melvin
Charles Robertson Melvin is a former American professional basketball player. He is from New Mexico. He played college basketball at the University of Colorado. He is a 6’10” center.
College career
While playing at the University of Colorado, Melvin led the Buffaloes to their first NCAA tournament appearance in 28 years. As a 9-seed, the Buffaloes upset the 8-seed Indiana Hoosiers 80–62 but then lost to the North Carolina Tar Heels 56–73. He graduated from the University of Colorado in 1998.Professional career
After a brief stint with the Cavaliers, Melvin played for other teams and in various international leagues.Melvin has also played in Europe. In addition to playing in Finland and Sweden, he has played in professional basketball leagues in Puerto Rico, USA, and Belgium
