Caltignaga is a comune in the Province of Novara in the Italian region Piedmont, located about northeast of Turin and about northwest of Novara.
Caltignaga borders the following municipalities: Bellinzago Novarese, Briona, Cameri, Momo, Novara, and San Pietro Mosezzo.
