Yolo first appeared as a census designated place in the 2010 U.S. census.The 2020 United States census reported that Yolo had a population of 425. The population density was. The racial makeup of Yolo was 139 White, 1 African American, 30 Native American, 4 Asian, 0 Pacific Islander, 167 from other races, and 84 from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 302 persons.
