Bill Elswick
William Reed Elswick was an American professional stock car racing driver who previously competed in the NASCAR Winston Cup Series, where he ran eighteen races from 1979 to 1981, getting a best finish of eleventh at the Daytona 500 in 1981.
Elswick died on November 2, 2009, due to heart failure.
