Biberstein is a Polish coat of arms. It was used by several szlachta families in the times of the Kingdom of Poland and the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth.

Notable bearers of this coat of arms include:- Stanisław Kostka Starowieyski a reserve artillery captain of the Polish Armed Forces, a participant to the Polish-Ukrainian War and the Polish-Soviet War, a church, social and charity activist and a papal chamberlain. He died at the concentration camp in Dachau concentration camp and was beatified in 1999.
