Guru Balakdas
Guru Balakdas was the son of the Satnampanth's founder, Guru Ghasidas. Guru Balakdas' activities aroused the hostility of the high-cast Hindu populace and was assaulted by attackers carrying daggers at a rest-house in Aurabandha village of Bilaspur. He died in the village of Kosa in March 1860.
