Back Da-yeon is a Korean tennis player.
She has a career-high singles ranking of world No. 295 by the WTA, achieved on 31 March 2025 and a doubles ranking of No. 283, reached on 1 December 2025.

Career

Back made her WTA Tour debut at the 2022 Korea Open, after qualifying for the singles main draw. She lost in the first round to fellow South Korean player Han Na-lae.
She was a winner of the Heart Award in the 2023 Billie Jean King Cup.
Ranked No. 569 at the 2023 Korea Open where she received a wildcard, she upset second seed Jelena Ostapenko in a deciding tie-break having fought back from match point down earlier in the third set. before losing in the next round to Kimberly Birrell.
Given a wildcard for the newly upgraded WTA 500 2024 Korea Open, she was unable to repeat her success of the previous year, going out in the first round in straight sets to qualifier Carol Zhao.
