Avraam Norov
Avraam Norov (22 October 1795 – 23 January 1869) is a Russian geographer, politician, linguist, writer, and bibliophile. He was born in Klyuchi. He died in Saint Petersburg.
He was educated at Moscow university boarding school. Awards received include Knight of the Order of St. Alexander Nevsky, Order of Saint Anna, 1st class, Order of the White Eagle, Order of Saint Stanislaus, 1st class, Order of St. Vladimir, 4th class, and Order of St. Vladimir, 2nd class.
