Asad Sikandar
Malik Asad Sikandar is a Pakistani politician who has been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan since February 2024 and previously served in this position from June 2013 to May 2018. He had been a member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh from August 2018 till August 2023.
Early life
He was born on 1 January 1969.Political career
He served as district nazim Jamshoro.He was elected to the National Assembly of Pakistan as a candidate of Pakistan Peoples Party from Constituency NA-231 (Jamshoro) in the 2013 Pakistani general election. He received 129,500 votes and defeated Syed Jalal Mehmood Shah.
He was elected to the Provincial Assembly of Sindh as a candidate of PPP from Constituency PS-82 (Jamshoro-III) in the 2018 Sindh provincial election.
He was re-elected to the National Assembly as a candidate of PPP from NA-226 Jamshoro in the 2024 Pakistani general election. He received 165,044 votes and defeated Syed Munir Haider Shah, a candidate of the Grand Democratic Alliance.
