Arthur James Harby was an English rower.
Biography
Harby competed for the England at the [1930 British Empire Games|1930 English team] in the Rowing at the 1930 British [Empire Games|coxless four] at the 1930 British Empire Games and won a gold medal with Francis Fitzwilliams, Humphrey Boardman and Hugh [Edwards (rower)|Hugh Edwards] and won a second gold medal as part of the eight.He was an engineer at the time of the 1930 Games.
