SolÃs Grande Creek
SolÃs Grande Creek is a Uruguayan river, crossing Lavalleja, Canelones and Maldonado Departments. It flows into the RÃo de la Plata, between the seaside resorts of Jaureguiberry and SolÃs.
Contrary to what is popularly believed, it is not called SolÃs by the Spanish explorer Juan DÃaz de SolÃs, but by a man named SolÃs whose lands were between two rivers, today known as Arroyo SolÃs Grande and Arroyo SolÃs Chico.
