The racial makeup of Alto was 80.3% White, 0.3% African American, 0.3% Native American, 4.4% Asian, 0.1% Pacific Islander, 3.6% from other races, and 11.1% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 7.8% of the population.
