All Saints Historic District
All Saints Historic District is a area in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Consisting mainly of over 374 late 19th- and early 20th-century homes, it is named for one of its landmark contributing properties, the All Saints School. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
Geography
All Saints Historic District encompasses a area just south of the Sioux Falls Downtown Historic District. It is roughly bounded by 14th and 23rd Streets to the north and south, respectively; between Main and Phillips Avenues on the west; and between 1st and 2nd Avenues to the east, with an additional eastern portion roughly between 18th and 21st Streets and 5th Avenue.In total, there are 374 contributing properties and 48 non-contributing properties. Of the CPs, all are buildings except one, which is Lyons Park. Of the contributing buildings, 214 are primarily residential buildings, and 159 are outbuildings.
