The prostomium is anteriorly rounded and the lateral antennae are inserted terminoventrally. Parapodia with elongate acicular lobes with both acicula penetrating epidermis. The notochaetae are stout, with distinct rows of spines and blunt tips; the neurochaetae are unidentate .
