A new synchronizer design


A new synchronizer design is a scholarly work, published in 1996 in ''IEEE Transactions on Computers''. The main subjects of the publication include cellular automaton, synchronizer, computer science, electronic engineering, sampling, synchronization, and independent component analysis. Current synchronizer designs have certain disadvantages, both in characterization and in the tradeoff between settling time and sampling rate, which are overcome in the new design.
