A cryostat for collection of three-dimensional diffractometer data at liquid helium temperatures

A cryostat for collection of three-dimensional diffractometer data at liquid helium temperatures is a scholarly work, published in 1974 in ''Journal of Applied Crystallography''. The main subjects of the publication include cryostat, helium, cryogenics, cryonics, Analytical Chemistry, diffractometer, noble gas compound, liquid helium, liquid nitrogen, materials science, superconducting magnet, beryllium, and copper. Measurements with a powder sample of TbVO4 show that at 33°K the specimen temperature is within 2° of the temperature of the copper block.
