4-Bromo-3,5-dimethoxyamphetamine

4-Bromo-3,5-dimethoxyamphetamine is a lesser-known psychoactive drug of the phenethylamine, amphetamine, and 3C families related to mescaline. It was first synthesized by Alexander Shulgin. In his 1997 book PiHKAL, the dose range is listed as 4 to 10mg and the duration as 8 to 12hours. It has been reported to be definitely psychoactive and to produce pain relief, numbing of extremities, and barely perceptible sensory distortions if any. However, it is not clear that 4-Br-3,5-DMA is a psychedelic, and may instead be some other kind of drug.
