3rd Division (Netherlands)


The 3rd Division was an infantry division of the Royal Netherlands Army that was mobilized in April 1940 and served during the Battle of the Netherlands in May 1940.
It was one of the two divisions assigned to the I Army Corps and was responsible for positions within the central defence sector of the Fortress Holland.
