2023 Miami Open – Men's singles
Daniil Medvedev defeated Jannik Sinner in the final, 7–5, 6–3 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2023 Miami Open. It was his fifth career Masters 1000 title, fourth title of 2023, and 19th career title overall. He became only the ninth man to win five Masters titles.
Carlos Alcaraz was the defending champion, but lost in the semifinals to Sinner in a rematch of their Indian Wells semifinal two weeks prior.
Novak Djokovic regained the ATP No. 1 ranking from Alcaraz at the end of the tournament, despite having been unable to enter the United States due to being unvaccinated for COVID-19.
