2022 European Weightlifting Championships
The 2022 European Weightlifting Championships was held in Tirana, Albania, from 28 May to 5 June 2022. The event was initially scheduled to be held in Sofia, Bulgaria, but this changed after a leadership dispute.

Participating countries
A total of 285 competitors from 39 nations participated.- Belarusian and Russian weightlifters were not allowed to compete at the event after a ban as a result of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
