The 1995 Boston Red Sox season was the 95th season in the franchise's Major League Baseball history. The Red Sox finished first in the American League East with a record of 86–58, as teams played 144 games due to the 1994–95 Major League Baseball strike. The Red Sox were swept in 3 games to the American League Central champion Cleveland Indians in the ALDS.

In May, the team's grounds crew changed the signage noting the distance along the left-field foul line from home plate to the Green Monster—updated to read, it had been signed for many years as being.
