The 23rd CARIFTA Games was held in Bridgetown, Barbados, on April 2–4, 1994.

The Austin Sealy Trophy for the most outstanding athlete of the games was awarded to Obadele Thompson from Barbados. He won 2 gold medals in the juniorcategory setting new games records.
