Paul Rabel
Paul Rabel (11 November 1848 – 7 May 1899) is a French engineer, official, and politician. He was born in Landreville. He died in 17th arrondissement of Paris.
He was educated at École polytechnique and École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. Awards received include Officer of the Legion of Honour.
