Nelson J. Leonard
Nelson J. Leonard (1 September 1916 – 9 October 2006) is a American chemist and university teacher. He was born in Newark. He died in Newark.
He was educated at Lincoln College. Awards received include ACS Award for Creative Work in Synthetic Organic Chemistry,, Guggenheim Fellowship, Roger Adams Award in Organic Chemistry, and Rhodes Scholarship.
