Mikhail Komissar

Mikhail Komissar (born 27 January 1953) is a Soviet-Russian media executive and civil servant. He was born in Kharkiv.

He was educated at Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute. This person's employers include Interfax, Ministry of Defense of the Soviet Union, and USSR State Committee for Television and Radio.
