Igor Rozhin
Igor Rozhin (17 September 1908 – 11 November 2005) is a Soviet-Russian architect. He was born in Saint Petersburg. He died in Moscow.
He was educated at Repin Institute of Arts. This person's employers include Moscow Architectural Institute.
