William L. Graf

William L. Graf (7 February 1947 – 27 December 2019) is a American physical geographer and hydrologist. He was born in Zanesville.

He was educated at University of Wisconsin–Madison. This person's employers include Arizona State University, University of South Carolina, University of Iowa, United States Air Force, and University of Wisconsin–Madison. Awards received include Guggenheim Fellowship, Founder’s Medal, Kirk Bryan Award, John Wesley Powell Award, David Linton Award, G. K. Gilbert Award for Excellence in Geomorphological Research, Mel Marcus Distinguished Career Award, and Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
