Vladimir Chizh
Vladimir Chizh (16 September 1907 – 1986) is a Russian-Soviet military personnel and politician. He was born in Starosillia. He died in Kyiv.
He was educated at M.V. Frunze Military Academy and Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the USSR. Awards received include:
