Robert Turcan

Robert Turcan (22 June 1929 – 16 January 2018) is a French historian, archaeologist, and university teacher. He was born in 14th arrondissement of Paris. He died in Craponne.

He was educated at École Normale Supérieure and École pratique des hautes études.
