Philippe Chalmin

Philippe Chalmin (born 22 October 1951) is a French economist, university teacher, and historian. He was born in Bordeaux.

He was educated at HEC Paris and Paris-Sorbonne University - Paris IV. This person's employers include Paris Dauphine University and Conservatoire national des Arts et Métiers.
